At the start of the pandemic, I fell into a small studio and began sorting papers, piles of stories, and materials, trying to create space. The collages that blossomed turned into multiple performative projects and, by fall, a pile of art and a hunt for deeper conversation. Studies of home and soundbites from conversations we might overhear when we leave our isolation and walk freely among each other. Each piece in this collection is created to fit into an envelope, to be sent and shared.
